Notes from Guidance:

The Students Eligible for year-long perfect attendance recognition areposted outside the school office areas. If you think that you might be eligible, and you are not on the list please let the attendance office know so that we can verify your attnedance. To be eligible for a perfect attendance, you have to be in school all day and every day since the first day of this school year. Eligible students have their names put into a drawing for a free car from the Auto Park dealership. Each year of perfect attendance gives you an additional chance in the drawing. Good lick to all of you with perect attendance and we are impressed with your high level of commitment to being here every day.

A senior final countdown calendar has been posted outside the guidance office. Seniors can use this as a quick visual reference of upcoming events and important dates.

Any student interested in applying for one of the U.S. Military Academies should consider attendiing Senator Dan Coats Academy Days on Saturday, May 12th. This event is being held at the National Guart Armory in Fort Wayne from 9 to 11 a.m. For more information contact Senator Coats office at 317-554-0750, or email academyinfo.senate.gov.

Study @ Starbucks in Thursday from 6 PM to 7 PM. Bring your textbooks and a friend. Free tutoring thanks to our college interns at Zimmer and Depuy. Mrs. McCormack, Ms. Witty, Ms. Pierce, and Mrs. Scroggs are also available to help EVERY student be successful! See you Thursdays in Martins' Starbucks, upperlevel.

  World Language students going to Shedds Aqurium. Just a reminder that the date has been moved to May 5.

Any senior interested in trying out for the at large commencement speech must write a speech on the senior class motto and get it to Mr. Henn in R148 by May 9. On May 9, after school, canditates will read their speeches to a groupe of students and facuilty who will choose a speaker. The senior class motto is "There are those that look at things the way they are , and ask why? I dream of thaings that never were and ask why not?".

Prom Tickets are now on sale in the bookstore. TIckets are $15 for one ticket or $25 for 2. Tickets are available at the door for $18 apiece. Remember, if you are bringing a guest from another school to get the guest form turned into Mrs. Shepherd before you buy tickets.

Do you have some leadership skills that are just waiting to be refined and put to good use? If so the Kosciusko Youth Leadership Academy (KYLA) can help!!! The applications are available in the guidance office- get yours today!!

Attention Seniors: We still have over 100 students that hace not yet picked up their tickets for the graduation ceremoney on June 8th. If you are planning on to participate in commencement, I'm sure that your family will want to be there to experience this very important occasion with you. However, they must have a ticket to attend. Tickets are available in the guidance office from 7 a.m.to 3:30 p.m. Also, andy student still needing to purchase a cap and gown, we have some extras abailable for sale in the guidance office. Those that have previously ordered and did not pick up yet, please stop by the guidance office today to get your order.

AP testing being on Tuesday, May 8 at 7:40 with Spanish Language in B107. Calculus BC report to R129. The restof the exams will be adminsitered in Tiger Central. Studends talking the English Literature exam on Thursday, May 10, remember to be there by 7:40. Please  make sure to verify time and dates. If you have any qustions see guidance. AP Eropean History and Physics ecams begin at 12 pm. students planning to take these exams need to eat A lunch. Please report to tiger Central by 12 pm
